In 2007 the Lexington Division of Planning conducted a survey of underutilized property in Lexington. The criteria for designating a propert as underutilized can be found here. It was essentially based on the amount of tax revenue the property supplied versus it's potential tax revenue.

As we have since gone through a recession and then some, much of the data is out of date. Some parcels also do not have addresses given or PVA numbers.
